A Message On COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
As an essential business, Windermere Collision Center will remain open to assist you with all of your autobody repair needs. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop and as such, we want to assure our community that the well-being of our customers and team is our highest priority. We are monitoring the situation daily and following the advice provided by the local, state, and federal governments, as well as recommendations given by the World Health Organization (WHO), and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, Windermere Collison Center has adopted the following protocols:
- The sanitization of our office will take place regularly throughout the day, especially areas/items that are frequently touched (pens, counter tops, handles, lobby chairs, etc.)
- Office staff will wear gloves during customer appointments and during the transportation of customer vehicles
- To encourage social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers allowed into our lobby at a given time. Those inside will be encouraged to maintain a 6-foot distance from others
- We offer a “drive thru” drop-off service where customers can choose to remain in their vehicles to complete paperwork. Disinfecting wipes are available for customers upon request
We want our community to know that we are standing with them during these trying times and we want to thank you for continuing to trust us with your autobody repair needs. We will continue to adapt protocols for the best interests of our customers and our team.
